Our Approach
Turnkey Millwork Solutions in Miami
Split a millwork scope across a designer, a drafter, a fabrication shop, a finisher, a freight company, and an install crew, and you have not bought six services — you have bought a coordination job that nobody has agreed to do. When a dimension is wrong, everyone can point at the drawing they were given. Meanwhile the schedule slips, and the party paying for the delay is the one who divided the work.
A single-source approach removes that gap entirely. Design development, shop drawings, fabrication, finishing, delivery, and installation all sit with one team and one point of contact. Commissioning turnkey millwork in Miami means the people who drew the detail are the people who cut it, finish it, hang it, and come back if it needs adjusting a season later. One contract, one schedule, and one person answering the phone when something needs a decision.

Turnkey Millwork Miami
The process is deliberately front-loaded. We start with the space, the drawings if they exist, and a conversation about how the rooms need to work. That becomes a layout, then a material and finish direction, then a full set of shop drawings — elevations, sections, and details — that you approve before anything is cut. Pricing is fixed at that point, because the unknowns have already been resolved on paper.
Fabrication and finishing happen in our own shop, which is the part that makes the schedule reliable. There is no waiting on a subcontractor’s queue, and when a site condition changes mid-build we can re-cut a component the same week rather than renegotiating with a vendor. Everything is dry-assembled and reviewed complete before it is finished and crated.
Installation is ours as well. Our crew protects the surrounding finishes, sets the work in sequence, scribes to the real conditions, and closes the punch list before demobilizing. One contract, one warranty, one number to call — including a year later when a door needs adjusting after the first humid season.
Why Choose Our Miami Turnkey Millwork Team
Single-source is worth something specific: it collapses the space where projects normally go wrong. Not the fabrication itself, but the handoffs between whoever drew it, whoever built it, and whoever had to make it fit.
- One contract, one accountability. No split responsibility between designer, shop, and installer when something needs resolving.
- Fixed pricing after approved drawings. Scope, materials, and details are locked before fabrication, so change orders stay the exception.
- Schedule you can build around. In-house fabrication and finishing means we control the queue and can absorb site changes.
- Coordination with every other trade. Electrical, plumbing, stone, flooring, AV, and paint interfaces are resolved before delivery.
- Service after handover. Seasonal adjustments, hardware tuning, and finish touch-ups handled by the crew that installed the work.
Common questions
Miami Turnkey Millwork FAQs
What exactly does turnkey include?
Everything from the first site visit to the final punch item: measurement, design development, material and finish selection, engineered shop drawings, fabrication, finishing, delivery, installation, and post-installation service. You approve the drawings and the finishes; we carry the rest.
Can you take over a project another shop started?
Sometimes, and we are honest about when it is not advisable. We can assess existing drawings and completed work and price the remaining scope, but we can only warrant our own fabrication. Where the existing work has problems we cannot verify, replacing that portion is often cheaper than inheriting it.
How is a turnkey project priced?
A preliminary range is developed from the initial scope conversation and site information. Once the shop drawings and finish selections are approved, that becomes a fixed price broken down by area, so you can see exactly where the budget sits and adjust scope before anything is committed to production.
How long does a full package take?
It varies with scope, species availability, and finish complexity, and design development is often the longest phase because that is where the decisions live. We issue a schedule with the proposal showing drawing, fabrication, finishing, and installation windows, and we flag which items carry the longest material lead times.
Do you work for homeowners directly, or only through contractors?
Both. Homeowners frequently come to us directly, particularly for renovations where the millwork is the main scope. We also work as a subcontractor to general contractors and take direction from architects and interior designers. The turnkey structure works the same way regardless of who holds the overall contract.
