Custom Millwork Coral Gables
The housing stock here spans 1920s Mediterranean Revival originals, mid-century ranches along the southern streets, and newer construction built to look older than it is. Each wants a different answer. A Merrick-era house needs profile matching and restraint; a new build in the same idiom needs the details drawn from scratch so they land as convincing rather than applied.
Kitchens, libraries, and paneled studies make up most of our residential work here, followed by closets, vanities, and stair parts. Ceiling heights in the older homes are generous, which lets crown and paneling carry real depth — but the walls are plaster over masonry and rarely plumb, so everything gets scribed rather than shimmed and hoped for.
We also work on the commercial side along Miracle Mile and Ponce de Leon — reception desks, retail casework, and restaurant fixtures for tenants who have to satisfy both a landlord and the city’s design expectations.
