Hospitality is the largest category — hotel reception desks, lobby paneling, guestroom casework built as repeatable runs, restaurant bars and banquettes, and poolside service millwork. All of it works to a commercial durability standard and installs around a property that keeps operating.

Residential work concentrates in the condo towers and the restored single-family homes west of Alton. Kitchens, closets, vanities, and media walls, generally in compact and irregular floor plans where storage has to be planned rather than assumed.

Where the building is historic, we prepare the millwork documentation that preservation review expects and match original profiles from templates so replacement work is not distinguishable from what survived.

Two things sink projects here: a design review that comes back with comments, and a coastal specification that was written for an inland building. We plan against both.
